trinkets
My specialty lies in the liil things. I love to craft nimble and beautiful treasures from broken bits of jewellery, glass, keepsakes, wire, wax cord and various natural materials that I collect.
I started making jewellery with my grandma when I was three years old, and throughout my childhood I'd pull apart and piece together odd bits and pieces I found pretty.
Now, I get so much joy from turning my hoardings into unique and sentimental gifts for people.
fabrics
The same goes for fabrics. Anything that can't be donated or go to the charity shops, will be chopped up and repurposed. Keep an eye out for my new rag lampshade collection coming soon!
Anything crocheted will be made from yarns that I'm given, or bought from sustainable UK brands that make their yarn from 100% recycled materials.
botanicals
Around three years ago, I started to take a deeper interest in the medicinal properties of plants and homeopathic remedies.
Living amidst the Totternhoe Knolls at the time, it was the perfect place to get lost in nature and begin responsibly sourcing plants that I could pick, dry, infuse and turn into a range of healing salves, oils, sugar scrubs and more.
Plants are the way to go!
